This pair of antique Renaissance/Gothic revival throne chairs is from France. They are large and very comfortable-more than suitable for today's standards! The pair dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's. They're premium quality solid oak chairs with intricate carvings and beautiful upholstery. They're in very good antique condition with very minor chips and scratches consistent with their age and no notable damage. The fabric is not as old as the chairs and shows only very minor signs of wear.
