Each antique we offer is a one-of-a-kind piece, selected and represented with the expectation that buyers have the opportunity to review details, ask questions, and purchase with confidence. Over the years, our family’s approach to antiques has been shaped by long-standing relationships and thoughtful, personal transactions. 

Today, Antiques NW applies those same values of transparency and trust within a broader, nationwide marketplace.

Because of the unique nature of antique items and the logistics involved in long-distance shipping, all sales are considered final. We take great care to provide detailed descriptions, accurate measurements, and clear photographs so expectations are well aligned before purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, changes of mind, size or scale preferences, color variations, or wear consistent with age and use. We strongly encourage customers to review listings carefully and to contact us prior to purchase if any questions arise. We’re always happy to provide additional details or clarification so you can move forward feeling fully confident in your purchase.

A return may be considered only in the event that an item is materially misrepresented in its listing. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic documentation demonstrating the discrepancy. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items are packed and shipped with care. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, buyers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, retain all packaging materials, and provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will assist with the carrier’s claims process in accordance with carrier and insurance requirements.

Items that are custom-prepared, modified at the buyer’s request, or designated as final sale are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
