Description:
This exceptional, premium quality Hunting/Black Forest cabinet dates to the mid/late 1800's and was crafted in France. Constructed from solid oak, it features deeply carved hunting motifs: both sections are richly decorated with scenes from the hunt, all showcasing the masterful craftsmanship of the period.
The design reflects the French hunting style that was popular in the second half of the 19th century. Its commanding presence, intricate carvings, and impressive scale make it ideal for use as a dining room statement piece, a collector's bookcase or an architectural accent in a historic interior.

112" high, 79" wide and 23" deep (front to back).
Condition:
Overall, this piece is museum quality and condition with no woodworm, no dry rot, and no structural issues. It shows only very minor wear consistent with age and use, which adds to its authentic character. Once it arrives in our Oregon warehouse, we will carefully finish with antique-grade paste wax to preserve its beauty for years to come.

Shipping:
Large items are delivered using trusted small-business transport companies experienced in handling antiques and fine furniture. Delivery is to one accessible entry point and does not include inside placement, unpacking, or setup unless arranged in advance.
Transit time typically ranges from 4–8 weeks. Customers will be contacted in advance to coordinate delivery. We recommend inspecting the item upon delivery.
For customers who require a shorter delivery window, FedEx Freight shipping may be requested for select items. This method typically offers faster transit but involves crated delivery to an exterior location or garage and carries an additional shipping fee.
