Description:
This antique Gothic cabinet dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's and was crafted in France from oak. The upper cupboard has two doors decorated with carved Gothic tracery, floral motifs, and a small standing figure between the doors. Coordinating tracery and carved details continue along the side panels, giving the cabinet an architectural quality from every angle.
The cupboard provides useful interior shelving. Below, an open display area is framed by slender carved columns and a pointed-arch back, with a broad lower shelf for books, serving pieces, or decorative objects. At 51" high and only 16" deep, the cabinet offers both storage and display space without requiring a large footprint.
Like all our antiques, it was thoughtfully sourced in Europe, to be imported to our Oregon warehouse, and carefully finished with antique-grade paste wax to preserve its beauty for years to come.
Condition:
Based on the available photographs, this piece appears to be in very good antique condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use. A complete condition inspection will be performed after it arrives at our Oregon warehouse, and any additional findings will be disclosed before shipment.

Shipping:
Large items are carefully blanket-wrapped and delivered by trusted small-business transport companies experienced in handling antiques and fine furniture. This personalized service does not use parcel-style tracking. We arrange transport based on route availability and notify the customer of the scheduled pickup date; the transporter then contacts the customer at least 24 hours before delivery. Transit typically takes 4-8 weeks. Delivery is to one accessible entry point; inside placement, unpacking, and setup are not included unless arranged in advance. We recommend inspecting the item upon arrival. Shipping is included in the list price for delivery within the contiguous United States.
