This complete set of 14 Stations of the Cross dates to the early to mid 1900s and originated from a historic church in Ireland. Each station features its original chromolithograph devotional panel, mounted in a beautifully carved solid oak Gothic Revival frame with an arched top, fluted columns, trefoil ornaments, and a carved cross crowning each piece.
Irish ecclesiastical furnishings from this period were often produced in small regional workshops, known for their warm oak tones, simple-but-devotional Gothic lines, and deeply traditional Catholic iconography. The chromolithographs retain excellent detail and color, with the classic patterned gold backgrounds commonly found in Irish and English devotional prints of the era.
Like all our antiques, these pieces were thoughtfully sourced in Europe, imported to our Oregon warehouse, and finished with antique-grade paste wax to preserve their beauty for years to come.
Condition
These Stations are in very good antique condition, with normal and expected signs of age. Key features include, chromolithographs remain vivid and intact, oak frames show light nicks, mild wear, and a beautiful natural patina, original early backboards and old hanging wires remain in place, and no major losses or structural concerns.

Shipping:
Large items are carefully blanket-wrapped and delivered by trusted small-business transport companies experienced in handling antiques and fine furniture. This personalized service does not use parcel-style tracking. We arrange transport based on route availability and notify the customer of the scheduled pickup date; the transporter then contacts the customer at least 24 hours before delivery. Transit typically takes 4-8 weeks. Delivery is to one accessible entry point; inside placement, unpacking, and setup are not included unless arranged in advance. We recommend inspecting the item upon arrival. Shipping is included in the list price for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Local Pickup:
Local customers are welcome to visit our Oregon warehouse to inspect items prior to purchase and to arrange pickup. Local pickup includes no shipping or handling charges.
